    Good points Ubrancoyote, the stock is trading pretty thin and I am thinking that the pressure is from "people who are guessing someone will sell" rather than the other options.

    Does anyone know what Allegro paid for the business in the first place? I know Bundy paid 1.95 per share prefloat.
