It seems the Vietnamese Mining Law needs to be rewritten in order to make Vietnam a more attractive jurisdiction for partners to invest in so that may be a reason for this delay over the last 1.5 years. Maybe there is something in that which affects the DFS as well, as the latest announcement mentions that Vietnam is working on rewriting it in regards to exploration and land access as well as mineral processing etc.
