I think the vision is there but don’t think he has the experience to pull it off. SW was a resource analyst, he knows how to create a story to get people excited. He is a mining engineer as well but you look at his past experiences he just wouldn’t have the expertise in himself to pull this whole thing off. Bad look for the company when key personnel are all leaving at what’s meant to be an important part of the companies ambitions.
Imagine turning up to work everyday getting paid 350k a year to know that your just playing with people.
