The IRR and NPV could be 5x what they are but until there are comms that someone is gonna front the $$ to avoid holders from fronting the bill via dissolution, or any indicative evidence that things are actualy going to happen, there's no FOMO or rush.
Scott doesn't seem concerned about the drill results (Would love further affirmation to appease) as it appears we would already have enough to supply a high percentage of the planned train feeds if mines actually come to fruition.
The majority of the wealth creation will be if they can actually pull off the DBU function, which takes time obviously. Pilot plant going forward is the next step, tick.
Once that has occurred then Ecopro and any other interested parties might start showing their hands. That's when I see SH's seeing some real benefit for their investments. Tic toc.
