    Again my opinion and could be wrong,

    I think from a bigger players perspective they need solid figures to justify their investment and or the investment of their clients money. This is justified by figures in PFS, DFS and sometimes SS.

    Blackstone's SS is based on the JV with Ecopro, until that JV is finalised the SS doesn't accurately reflect BSX for big fish not intimate with the project to de-risk and invest.

    Just to re-iterate, IMO once PFS is complete it is game on.
