    Thanks for link. Its dawned on them both the SP held back because BSX now presents itself as a manufacturer also not just a miner but clearly Ecopro will be operating the downstream plant as they have expertise.

    I know its old news but i would have preferred SW chase Asian money for this, not OTC. The Fidelity money is out of Singapore.
