You're 100% right about the need to consider using more labs Phil, perhaps batches from the MSV's should be sent somewhere else and let the Perth mob meander along with the DSS. In effect, the fact some of the industry's other clients are reportedly paying extra to get to the front of the queue means we're apparently being bumped to the back repeatedly just like a lot of Aussies stuck overseas that keep getting bumped from their flights because someone came along later and paid more to get in first. That's not looking after BSX, there's no requirement to demonstrate loyalty to ALS Perth when they seem to be neglecting to demonstrate they've loyalty to us unless we pay what amounts to, in my opinion and going by reports this is happening widely at labs, the equivalent of a bribe on top of usual fees to get the job done in a timely fashion. It's almost verging on extortion in fact.
