They need to get the pilot done and the DFS, else what is a JV partner signing on to.
If early signing a JV then I expect BSX would not get the best terms, so they went to market to fund the pilot.
Samsung was mentioned in pulled video. They are is competition to ecopro IMO,(Samsung do more than just the cell and are looking for supply) so I expect Scott is creating some competative tension for ecopro.

Yeah I struggled with that decision, I bailed at .69, and got most back at around .61 the other day, lightened the load at .65 due to US market. Thought the down side would be a brief touch on 55 as it showed a lack of sellers dumping last time around .58 (Last time I speculated on HC that below 50 was possible)

Now the decision is how long to wait for the dust to settle before going shoping.
