I'm not saying it's moral, but it's natural and the right move for the company for SW to care much more about his institutional shareholders vs. retail. Based on where he knows his company and stock are going, it's going to take a good relationship with existing and new institutions to get BSX market cap to the $6B+ USD that he knows it will be worth over the next few years. Retail is also infamously flimsy vs. a long term institution like Fidelity who will buy a lot, hold, and buy some more. So in essence an upgrading of his shareholder base.
