The original time line is from june/ july 2021, maybe it seemed possible at that point. At the time it was called out by Scott as tight.
I suspect early deals discussed fizzed a bit on terms hence the CR at .58 that ecopro did not go in for.
At this end of the market I take them all with a grain of salt, including signed off take agreements from the Chinese.
Do you have some Director or company in mind that does gospel?
