On the topic of my NPV calcs. The original PFS was based on a 10 yr "mine life" for the refinery. My calculations for the UBU mine life are based off the increased MRE which could push the LOM to 13 yrs. Since the UBU LOM is 13 yrs, I extended the DBU LOM to 13 yrs, which greatly increased the overall NPV.

I did the UBU calculations to try and get a realistic expectation of the PFS Base NPV which came in at US$720M. Anything above that just shows the potential affect of price movements.

SW may keep the UBU LOM at 10 yrs so that it aligns with the DBU studies. I guess we'll find out Monday.

It'll be interesting to see what Ni/NCM811 prices will be used. Some were stating the DBU PFS spot price of US$19559 was too high. Yet here we are today US$25517.

i like your calculations fredwah and they seem legititately done but as you probably know sales of ncm 811 will be done under contract and not on the spot basis. The current market has nickel sky high but 5 years time or even less will have it a more conservative price espcially when bsx looking to have the refiney up and running near 2026.
