I understand the contract pricing side of the house. There is currently a $2K difference between spot Ni pricing and Dec 25 delivery price of $22835, which is well above the pricing used in the PFS base case. Obviously it can move both ways, and the higher the price goes, the more laterite comes into play on the supply side.
The spot NPV is not as far-fetched as one might expect though.
