What is a marginal supply cost? ARL have some figures for their HPAL, QPM has figures on processing 500 or 600Kton of laterite using DNi. NC1 has some very old figures on HPAL as well I belive... Not sure what your asking but IRR of HPAL projects seem to be in the low thirtys, from what I have seen. And lots of execution risk.
Great value here if electric mineing does not blow the crap out of the CAPEX...Should drop the opex moveing all that low grade ore about with hydro power. Of course lots of execution risk maybe more than HPAL considering how many new things are been attempted at blackstone.
