Define a high grade MSV. Restart existing mill using MSVs rather than initially expand mill to cater for DSS. MSVs at lower mill rate still puts out required the nickel units to feed the same size downstream. Result is it pushes back bulk of the mill expansion capex, which will then be funded out of future CFs. Restart the existing mill is not to sell concentrate ahead of downstream ops and bring in early cash. Not sure how this is still discussion as the co has been fairly clear on what restart means.
