A corporate action taking place doesn't mean its likely tomorrow, there is absolutely no reason why BSX has traded against the price of the commodity its dealing with when other juniors are rising on some drill hits in the middle of South America and a pipe dream from production.
Its usually always the quality tenements that get manipulated and for a very good reason. Germans increased their stake, why? They can also smell it.
