    Not when you look at laterite capex start up costs, and thats without the downstream.

    SW needs to keep derisking the project and building the pilot plant.
    Company has a lot of work to do and the capital to do it.

    Expect he does not need to draw down on the 20Mil anytime soon, it would be a diabolical turn while markets are suffering such liquidity woes.
