The only potential issue with a major shareholder and partner that I've noticed is the reported insider trading investigation into Ecopro BM executives in Korea. Could that be the thing we're missing? Might there be some trouble brewing there, with Ecopro? Its the only thing I can come up with from my research. Our Chair brought in a policy a while ago that states Directors must seek his authorisation before purchasing shares in BSX because of their knowledge of potential partnerships etc Why did he feel it necessary, is it because of the subsequent reports of investigations into Ecopro executives, I don't know.
