My point is that when you are burning through basically your current market cap in cash equivalent I would expect a lot more then what is currently being announced. Its a mammoth spend for a company with a sub $100 mill market cap.

I don't understand regarding comments are BSX spending too much. One should be focused on the fact that BSX is dead set on advancing their goal and ambitions, releasing BFS and reaching FID.
If they bleed cash slowly and never get to BFS and FID, in the end they spend more money anyway, i.e through corporate and employee costs.
