I would expect that up to MRE & PFS stage BSX covered all necessary expenditure.

Post MRE & PFS disclosure is when my expectations are that partner(s) like the one sitting pretty on our board (Ecopro) make a solid financial commitment in a joint venture taking the project through the necessary phases of development as a JV to eventual production. Unless there is significant execution risk in the form of new technologies being tried.

If SW does not get the next batch of funding $$$ directly from partner(s) via a down payment on an offtake but once again try's to rattle the tins at Shaw Stockbroking at current SP levels or even 100% premium to current levels then he has completely failed in his obligations to manage this company effectively. Time will tell.
