A late pump on a Friday afternoon, this has happened before, recently, think it might have been our substantial holder in HK that time. Because our 15% holding in NC1 was discussed here last week I noticed something similar happening with their price, a late Friday pump, graph not too dissimilar to BSX. Nickel is up, but not by much and inventories are down so that could be the influence but NC1 is an advanced stage project with necessary approvals such as EPA and with Native Title Holders already organised. BHP have been sniffing around in the area looking for battery minerals and there's significant likely reserves and room for exploration in the NC1 tenements. Past valuations have the defined resource at $3b and it's a low acid recovery operation which makes it superior to most laterites from an ESG perspective. Using renewable electricity and electric furnaces makes it more so as well. NC1 needs a partner for funding, that's no secret, could they have found one? It would seem to be a potential contender for Government grants as it contains critical minerals in a critical sector also. Has BHP been in discussions with NC1 perhaps? They were looking at tenements nearby recently and Wingellina is ready to go. NC1 had a good late Friday pump which seems to mirror the pump BSX experienced
