Vietnam resource tax is designed to stop companies coming in, mining out the place and bailing, if that’s the companies plan than they are taxed heavily so that Vietnam get decent compensation.
BSX approach is completely unique and will work in a way that benefits both BSX and Vietnam and avoid the need for BSX to be heavily taxed.
It is a complex but very clever integrated business plan but when they pull it off it will be a success story.
