This whole talk about a capital raise is a classic HC attempt to downramp and lower SP. Oldest trick in book.

Fact is, Blackstone have managed their funds as planned, capital expenditure was to get pilot plant operational which they have done and successfully producing NCM.

Company has stated they have now moved into reduced spend period, as planned this will slow cash burn and allow funds to last until next year.

Blackstone have a Tier 1 management including ex Rio tinto CFO.

Blackstone are waiting for green light to annouce partnership any time now (certainly before end of year) with partnership will come funding and as you would expect, significant project de-risk and share price re-rate accordingly.

Reminder, Blackstone have the ability to produce cashflow through pilot plant.

As per Ta Khoa Nickel Project Test Work Update 24 August 2022

'Blackstone has successfully piloted the TKR flowsheet, confirming our ability to process third-party MHP to battery grade metal sulphates.'

What does this mean?

Blackstone have the ability to create cashflow and run downstream operation based on third party feed through pilot plant.

Blackstone are doing a great job, fundamentally strong in a tough Macro environment.

Macro environment is pricing in reduced growth over major sectors anyone researching and investing in the battery metal space knows that growth is certainly now slowing down and set for exceptional growth.

Blackstone are right time, right place, right product and right team. Rest is noise IMO.
