    Gest of it is BSX want to sell a more refined product suitable for local batteries market and Ecopro wanted a less refined product that they themselves would upgrade.
    Ecopro aren't what bsx are after from a partner eg. tax implications of offshoring, carbon consequences, and less profitable. Looking for perfect match partner.
