my thought is there has been active price suppression from management until ecopro roll from the register. In hind sight and reflecting on the vinfast MOU bungle, complete lack of news and intentional mismanagement of comms...this has been the case since the project timing delay. BSX have 26m of cash, news will flow correctly again once ecopro roll out and capital is needed IMO. management getting heavily discounted incentive issues also don't help, as is in thier interest to suppress the share price while they fill up.
