SW is a forward thinking manager.
He is seeing where the money is and is trying to keep ahead of the pak. Cherry picking the management team, and getting rid of dead wood.
This small nimble company will achieve more in a short tine frame than a large incumbent company can.
We are well positioned but are being restrained by slow assay results.
I am holding and hoping to add once I release other assets.
