I don't think a $100 mil company needs extensive corporate governance, when their biggest challange is to complete a set of feasability studies and increase their mineral reserves via an extensive drilling campaign. Right now what Bsx needs is experienced mining professionals, who understand the industry inside and out and have a strong network across APAC to help them with their upstream and downstream strategies and the corresponding feasibility studies.

Mining executives generally look for exciting/challenging projects and a decent pay. If the feasibility studies can't attract potential investors/executives and the project fundamentals are not solid, corporate governance would do very little to make up for this deficit.
