For me seemed like SW has less energy then in past talks. Not sure why maybe something behind the scene.
At the start he says need the DFS to secure finance, later says banks good to go now?

If it was just us PFS would be fine to use, just crack on and get it done, doesn't make sense
Something going on behind the scenes maybe an issue with the permits. No mention of ChimVan.
