You are quite correct, an excellent assessment of the murky deal. Look it all comes down to the present Board, Flowers, Wilks and Hield have no clue what to do with the business. I have been going on with this message for years now, Rathie the ex Chairman destroyed the company with his "leadership" he was so inept, he had to bail out. the new board of this so call , whatever it is called, will feature the same 3 clowns, Flowers, Wilks and Hield. and 2 Beston people.
Poor DDT, this is a disgrace, it has been going on for years, run out of money, go to the trough of supporters to get more. Me thinks Thorney has now run away, there is no money to be raised, the markets believe both these companies are a complete joke and a waste of time.
Kill this so call whatever it is to be called off. Board and management disappear and current management, well there is none, they follow the board out the door.
