I always appreciate your posts. However, for a Director to sell just ahead of a capital raising would be be insider trading.

When a capital raising is necessary there are now institutions on the registry to step up to the plate. Pressure should be brought to bear for all shareholders to have an opportunity to participate not just the insto's.

You can't go from where AVM was just a few years ago to being a $1B market cap and of course there will be difficulties along the way.

I have said before at times Directors have to sell just as medium to long term shareholders do from time to time.

Has anyone asked BT to comment on why he sold? Anyone drafting something to BT could include that point and also about all shareholders participating in any placement. Thanks.
