bta court application

Was doing a bit of research on the Victorian Supreme Court and from what I could find

(F5670 Biota Scientific Management Pty Ltd V Glaxo Group Ltd) goes back to 29th April, 2005..........which was called a (Mention)

January, 31st, 2005.................Hearing
(GSK to file Defense by April 8th 2005)

November 25th, 2005..................????

From 7th December, 2005 it was called an F5670 (Application)

From 9th May, 2007.........F5670 Application

From 12th June, 2007.........F5670 Application

I may have missed some court appearances, but what I am trying to convey is the Application has always been F5670. I don,t know what the application contains? but BTA put in there Statement of Claim and GSK only responded with F5670 Application (needs more time?) and it was lodged by Biota, so for my money, it involved a settlement between Biota and GSK, that is my research, others should do there own research.
