It is a pity that HC do not have private messaging (pm) facilities.
IMHO we are months too early to galvanise proxies vote.
I am very keen on management changes but at the same time I believe that it is highly unlikely without help from the big players or someone like the Australian Shareholders Association. (No I am not here advertising for ASN – I am not even a member of ASN!!) Even with an influential players like ASN involved, there has not been many changes to management in ASX companies,

However please be pre-warned that I may take some time to response. I am a professional and have my job to take care off. As I often declared on HC, I see BTA as a speculative share and my "investment" in BTA is a very small fraction of my shares portfoli .
