Looking at company announcements it's been all good news since the settlement. Only gripe I have are comments warning speculators... lol, aren't all Biota shareholders speculators?
Cook and team should be congratulated on today's announcement. They have obviously seen the value in the compound and resisted the urge to do an early deal i.e. prove it in vivo.
The legal case really messed things up, but luckily that's all behind us. The more time that passes the better.
