Of course GSK can set its own price. Thatwould be price maintenance if they couldnt.
We are not talking about a discount here for volume, Wilsons is talking about a huge discount per unit that has impacted dramatically on BTA royalites.
BTA do get the sales figures for the quarter. They havent got them yet and will be analysing them intently when they come shortly.
