I agree. I highly doubt we will make it to the listing without a takeover attempt.

Look at the break fee. For a 250 million dollar transaction it's a small 2 million dollars.

We are going to be gobbled up and never see the true value of this company.

I'm in two minds weather this is a bad or a good thing.

I'm leaning towards bad but then again I'm over BTA lousy share price.
