And to expand on this previous discussion and give Nick's reply on the matter:
"Be assured that there is nothing in this Bill that gives us any cause for concern. Firstly, it's not retrospective and hence cannot impact our IP. Secondly, all the advice that we have received suggests that the legislators will be rationale and will not seek to deter legitimate drug discovery companies like Phylogica."
Just for interests sake, now please can the sellers keep selling for a little while:)))
