I'm not liking this scenario. If they rule is in favour of the clients and the coins are redistributed back to the exchange customers then they are most likely to sell a good portion of them you'd think considering the value increase over time? Flooding the market and thus having an sell effect on the BTC price.?
That's what I'm reading as no crypto guru.
What's the likelihood the above happening?
