I suppose BTC would most probably convert the notes as gain on 4c is virtually assured.(PYC would most probably not have a legal say in this matter) And PYC holders will have to cross the hurdle when the good news comes. I must say that BTC shareholders are the ones who will loose out the most if they do dump their stock (from long term gains point of view). Some interesting times ahead. There is a feeling that something good is brewing. Likes of Roche, Pfizer and Cambridge University c'ant all have got it wrong at the same time. There is something very very special about PYC IMHO.
