BGL has a partner called Collinstar Holding in Melbourne. Collinstar invested USD100m to purchase BW.com, the 3rd largest mining asset of world in China this month, with mining capacity 300PH. as Collinstar is in Australia, so I guess DCC would be RT and becoming a mining company, and US team of DCC would be merged with BTCS. this is because Australian like mining asset and talent people worth more in US.
