when you go to OTC markets website (otcmarkets.com) and search for ticker BTCS, you see the market depth and a closing price of 18.5. I see the same on my trading platform with Interactive Brokers. A bit weird, given that all orders visible were above 22, but your theory seems logical.

Ps: you're spot on about the investors' appetite for crypto in North America: none of the companies I have looked at (including BTCS) are anywhere near DCC, and yet, the investors are absolutely histerical about anything crypto / blockchain. A double listing would be epic for DigitalX.
