No, that's cool. I was just curious if there was more info. The only thing I can think of is that they are lifting the sp in preparation for the IPO. If BTEBY is valued at say $12 per share after the consolidation, then discounting the shares at say $9 per share looks less ridiculous and taken more seriously than if they discounted a $3 share to $1.78. But really, I'm no expert, so I wonder what the thought behind it is. Additionally, if they are planning a rather large CR, then consolidating the share price prior keeps the share price higher after the CR than if they didn't do the consolidation. A lot of question marks right now.
