Are you familiar with any scenario that could allow at this point in the process, an out for the underwriter?
Or how about Benitec? I have all types of scenarios popping in my head, but simply do not know whether such have precedent. For instance, what if Benitec was presented with a massively better offer? or even a partnership offer that would obviate the need to dilute? A well negotiated IPO deal with Underwriter could have included contingencies to terminate the deal for a sum specific. Just speculation ... optimistic style.
