If David Keane (including wife) has 24M shares an extra 60c per share buys a hell of a lot of lifestyle even if you're on $1M a year, I'd take the increase in stock value over a job.
Also all this talk of the takeover is now 30c is absolute BS. Firstly they'd never agree to that (I certainly wouldn't vote for it ) & secondly if they tried to actually buy enough shares on market the price would absolutely rocket.
I don't know & it's all IMO but I would suspect someone is accumulating at super cheap prices while retail investors capitulate & effectively give away their shares. I'm not positive enough to buy more as I've already filled my boots so I'm just holding.
I just don't think the SP decline following the results is justified.
All IMO this is clearly risky AF at the moment, it's not one for the faint hearted or risk averse investor.
