Thank you for sharing the chart .

In case anyone doesn’t know - I am always curious about how Saragian’s technicals match with fundamentals.
TA is an incredible science and after blinking at charts (mostly his) for a few years, the wonder hasn’t diminished but a great sense of confidence in the ‘magic’ has developed.

Tonight, after I blinked a bit, I wanted to learn a bit, and the result was some basic BTH research, shared in case it is of interest to any other newcomer who happens by and wants a quick grasp on the company .
But I hid it in the Spoiler as it takes up space and I didn’t want to offend thread purists

Bigtincan launches $15.6 million capital raising
The capital raising will be undertaken through a fully underwritten 1 for 6 pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer at 42 cents per share.
The offer comprises of an institutional entitlement offer to raise approximately $12.1 million and a retail entitlement offer to raise approximately $3.5 million.
It will be fully underwritten by Baillieu Limited and Canaccord Genuity (Australia).
Shares in Bigtincan Holdings (ASX:BTH) last traded at 54 cents.

..... Underwritten by Cannacord! So it is not so surprising they are now promoting it?


Soon after the cap raising stock head reported an original investor had sold more shares and also reported Regal Funds and Australian Ethical Investments were building positions.

Silicon Valley and Australia venture firm, Southern Cross, said today it had sold 4.5 per cent of the company off market for $2.52m, leaving it with 8.51 per cent of the automated sales software maker. The sale was for 42c a share which is near 52-week highs. ...
The share price began to recover in December — it’s up 80 per cent since then — after descending in the doldrums at the start of 2018.
Southern Cross’ last (on market?) trade was in April last year when it sold down from 17.34 per cent of Bigtincan to 13.01 per cent.
Bigtincan COO Vivian Stewart did not know why its major shareholder sold and Southern Cross has been contacted for comment.
Southern Cross invests in early stage tech, energy and resources companies.
Over the last year small cap investor Regal Funds and an anonymous investor run by Australia Ethical investments have been building positions. The former to 14.35 per cent and the latter to 14.03 per cent.
