If you take fy20 revenue then it’s 14x but forward looking into fy21 (which is guidance of 49-53M) then it’s still under 10x. Moreover, if you consider EV then it’s lower by subtracting 71M cash.
Mr. Market is valuing BTH on its fy21 and its huge cash and its strategic acquisition.
