I think a potential takeover at such low levels must be the motivation for suppressing the SP over such a long period. Putting pressure on all of the major shareholders to join in whilst strangling the financial health and options for BTH management. Between a rock and a hard place for the BoD. Support a take over or die a slow painful death by asphyxiation. Just another theory to try and rest the mind!!
