They were previously forcasting cash flow positive for the full year so I dont think you can rely on them hitting their guidance.
Similarly on ARR, they were forecasting growth but instead ARR has dropped from circa $137m to $117m in 6 months.
If that trend continues, they may breach some of their debt covenants.
I guess they can always do another cap raise, albeit at a massive dilution.
