I look at it that they ripped the Band-Aid in q1, and have begun the turnaround in q2. They do mention the turnaround has continued into q3.
I look at BVS for example as to the turnaround that can happen and quickly. 4-5 times return in a fairly short time frame…
I see no reason to raise equity in the short term, they can refinance the regal debt.
