For Modus there was $9.7m as upfront payment, there is another payment to go of $4.3m. This company only added $4m in revenue to the half. For the purchase of imSMART they paid $3.2m with no reported noticeable increase in revenue on this acquisition.
These are still cash burn, as they have acquired solutions which are not turning profits and the return so far has been minimal when cash burn is an issue. Really show how poor these guys are at managing the business.
