Weazel, I think that the 80c offer/s that we kill ourselves with (me too) were unconditional at best. No data room or unconditional offer and it was certainly not binding. It means jack until it's unconditional and under full disclosure. Then the potential argy bargy to get it above 80c (!)
Anyhow, the financial fundamentals dictate that it's definitely worth more than the current SP level. No debt and (albeit) fuzzy ebita definitions on a large revenue stream suggests a large potential.
