I was watching this video on ****** (not sure if the link works but it's called IPH goes big in Canada in the small caps series)from 21/11/23 which mentions BTH after talking about WSP and found it quite interesting. Basically WSP had a similar chart to BTH and they received an unconditional bid of 48c (was trading around 25c) the difference with an unconditional bid apparently is that they agree to buy shares at the 48c but don't insist on reaching a certain percentage for the bid to proceed and because its unconditional they can also buy on market. He then goes on to discuss BTH how it needs to cut costs etc but ends by saying he wouldn't be surprised by a similar takeover bid to WSP for BTH because of its low market cap.
Not sure what happened in the end but its currently trading at 54c
